ETI INVITED TO SPACE CENTER HOUSTON‘S INTERNATIONAL SPACE TEACHER‘S CONFERENCE

Space Center Houston, the Visitors Center for NASA's Johnson Space Center, offered ETI a special invitation to present Liftoff at their International Space Station Teachers' Conference held February 6th and 7th in Houston. Approximately 650 teachers from around the world attended the conference that went ahead in spite of the terrible Columbia tragedy and its ensuing aftermath. It clearly demonstrated NASA's absolute commitment to the education of today's youth.

ETI was honored to be the only commercial product represented at the conference. During the two days, ETI met many contacts in the teaching and Science Center community. A number of retail and educational distributors were set up on the spot while many others requested to be contacted.

However, for ETI, the most encouraging aspect of the conference was the high rate of product acceptance by the attendees. Over 80% of the people who had a demonstration or heard about it in the break-off sessions bought the product from the gift shop. This strongly supports ETI's marketing strategies of self-running retail Kiosks and creation of web-based community centered around the current and future products in its Space Simulation Series.
